It seems that since the winter seems to finally becoming a memory for 2025, the thoughts of the Dixon Petunia Festival starts to become greater. In two short months, the 2025 Petunia Festival will be here. This will have the carnival rides, events and the festival food.
The thing that draws a large part of the crowd is the entertainment. On Wednesday, the Dixon Petunia Festival Committee announced the lineup of musical acts for this year.
Leah Nelson said they feel they have put together something for everyone’s musical taste.
Mike Duerst said it takes a great deal of work to put together the number of groups. They have to work around schedules as well as find the money to pay for them.
The headline performer this year is Tyler Braden. Nelson said Braden is an exciting up and coming star in Country music.
